Refund & Return Policy

At We Were Seventeen Once, we strive to ensure every reader has a delightful experience. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

• The book must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
• Original packaging should be intact as far as possible.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Refund Process

Once you initiate a return and we approve it:

• You will receive a return pickup request via iCarry.
• After we receive and inspect the book, we will process the refund through Razorpay.
• Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).

Note: Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The exact deduction depends on delivery agency's charges at the time of return.

Damaged or Defective Book

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no extra cost.
